A specialist SEMH school in Woodley is looking for a confident and resilient Behaviour Mentor to support students aged 11-18 who face social, emotional, and behavioural challenges.
This Behaviour Mentor role is particularly suited to Criminology graduates or individuals interested in youth justice, rehabilitation, and behaviour intervention.
Key Details- Role:
Behaviour Mentor - Location: Woodley
- Salary: 89-100 per day
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
- Start Date: ASAP
- Ideal for: Criminology graduates or aspiring Criminal Justice professionals
- Experience: Behaviour or youth work experience desirable
- Provide 1:1 mentoring and targeted behaviour support
- Help students develop emotional regulation and coping strategies
- Support behaviour intervention plans and restorative approaches
- Build positive, consistent relationships with vulnerable young people
- Work closely with safeguarding leads and pastoral teams
In this Behaviour Mentor role, you will gain first-hand experience working with students at risk of exclusion, exposure to youth offending behaviours, and complex home environments.
This is a fantastic stepping stone into Youth Justice, Social Work, Probation, or Police roles.
