Health for All (Leeds) Ltd is working in partnership with Barca to deliver the Bright Horizons Project, funded by The Reaching Communities Fund. The project supports jobless parents and carers who face complex barriers to employment. Participants receive up to six months of intensive one-to-one support from a dedicated keyworker, helping them build confidence, skills, and pathways into work.
As an Employability Support Worker, you will; provide tailored one-to-one employability support; identify and address health, social, and economic barriers to work; support clients with CVs, cover letters, and job applications; coach and motivate individuals and families to improve inclusion and outcomes; work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in partnership with Barca. Due to partnership working and service needs, on occasions you will be required to travel to the Barca offices in West Leeds.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who; has experience supporting people facing barriers to employment, can build strong, supportive relationships with clients and their families, is organised, empathetic, and outcome-focused, is committed to equality, inclusion, and community wellbeing.
Hours: 26 hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed term, funded until August 2027
