Children Support Worker - Floating Support

Prospero Health and Social Care is seeking experienced professionals to provide support for children in Leeds and surrounding areas.

We are looking for dedicated individuals with a positive, can-do attitude who are committed to going the extra mile to improve the lives of the children they support. You will help promote independence, act as a positive role model, and contribute to creating a safe home environments.

Please note, we are currently offering flexible, part-time roles rather than full-time positions.

Key Requirements:

· At least 12 months of paid UK experience in the health and social care sector

· Proven experience working with children and young people (minimum one year)

· Background in support work or youth work is essential

· Flexibility to travel within the area and adapt to varying shift patterns, including weekends and night shifts

· Resilience, empathy, and a strong commitment to supporting vulnerable young people

· NVQ Level 3 in children and young people is preferred but not mandatory

· Must be registered with Social Care

Additional Details:

· Driving licence is preferred

· This role requires in-person attendance
