Social Housing - Reactive Maintenance Electrician - 2391 & 18th Edition L3 ⚡ Day-to-Day Maintenance Electrician Leeds Area £38,000 per year   Van  ⛽ Fuel Card  Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:30pm | 40 hours per week  On-Call Rota Required An established housing provider in the Leeds area is seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Electrician to join their Property Services team.

You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical repairs and maintenance across a portfolio of domestic properties.  

The Role You will carry out a variety of electrical maintenance tasks, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to professional standards. You’ll be working in occupied and void properties, providing excellent service to tenants and residents.  

Key Responsibilities  Complete day-to-day electrical repairs and maintenance  Conduct fault-finding, diagnostics, and rectification  Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)  Install, replace, or repair electrical fixtures, fittings, and appliances  Undertake EICRs and produce accurate certification  Ensure compliance with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations  Participate in an on-call rota for emergency repairs  Maintain van stock and update job details via digital systems  Deliver excellent customer service  Work independently while representing the organisation professionally  What We’re Looking For Essential

Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation  18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)  2391 Inspection & Testing (or 2394/2395 equivalent) Experience &

Skills:
