Due to continued success within a major blue‑chip contract, they are now recruiting for a Fabric Technician, who are skilled in carpentry maintenance covering sites throughout the XXX area.

The successful candidate will be required to carry out a multi‑site role offering building fabric maintenance services across a range of disciplines aimed at keeping services and costs in-house.

The work includes a mix of PPM and reactive building fabric works internally and externally to include building, fabric, painting & decorating, plumbing & drainage, joinery and planned maintenance.

You must have experience of working within a similar position in a retail or commercial environment and hold the following qualifications:

• ANVQ Level 2 Trade qualification or equivalent time served in Carpentry
• Competent with other trades, such as plumbing, flooring, tiling, painting & decorating
• CSCS Card
• Full UK Driving Licence

£32,520 per year + Overtime (£40k OTE) and on call – 1 in 6 per annum.
