Are you a qualified Electrician looking for the stability of a permanent PAYE position without sacrificing the high earning potential of contracting?

We work with a specialist installation firm based in North Yorkshire, working on large-scale car park and external infrastructure projects across the UK. Due to a massive pipeline of work and plenty of overtime available, our current electricians are all earning in excess of £60,000 per annum.

This is a field-based role requiring a commitment to travel. You will be working away from home approximately 90% of the time (typically Monday to Friday).

We take care of the logistics:
All accommodation is provided, and all travel and site expenses are fully covered.

The Role

This is a "hands-on" site role. You won't just be at a board; you will be part of a multi-skilled team delivering end-to-end installations.

* Electrical:
Full installation, running, pulling, and terminating SWA and data cables.

* Groundworks:
Assisting the team with physical installations, including bolting down car park equipment and working alongside ground workers.

* Teamwork:
Working as a reliable member of a site crew to hit project deadlines.

Requirements

To meet the demands of our schedule and location, you must live within 20 miles of Wetherby and possess:

* Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 Electrician & Gold Card

* Experience:

Proven track record in electrical installation (external/industrial experience is a plus).

* Flexibility: A genuine desire to work away nationwide 4–5 days a week.

* Licence:
Full UK Driving Licence (Required).
