Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum

You will be responsible for completing a wide range of responsive and planned maintenance tasks, often working independently and aiming to resolve issues on the first visit.

• Carrying out repair, maintenance and refurbishment works across domestic properties
• Delivering multi-skilled works across various trades where competent, with a joinery focus
• Attending appointments on time and completing works within agreed target times
• Diagnosing remedial works, arranging materials and organising follow-on visits where required
• Ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Maintaining cleanliness and minimising disruption within customers' homes
• Ensuring safe use and upkeep of tools, equipment and company vehicles
• Participating in the out-of-hours emergency repair rota when required

• NVQ Level 2 / City & Guilds in Joinery, Carpentry or a relevant trade
• Level 2 Building Maintenance Multi-Trade Repair & Refurbishment (or equivalent experience)
• Valid CSCS card
• Proven experience in repairs, maintenance and building construction
• Full, valid UK driving licence
