About YouWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Engineer to join our Leeds team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality on-site technical support, installations, and maintenance services, ensuring systems operate efficiently and meet client requirements.
You will be the primary point of contact on-site, working directly with customers to diagnose issues, implement solutions, and provide clear technical guidance. Your ability to work independently in the field, troubleshoot effectively, and maintain strong client relationships will play a key role in delivering excellent service and strengthening Kayana’s presence across the London market.
Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair field service equipment at customer sites
- Have experience with wall mounting. Experience with in the industry would be advantageous.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide technical support
- Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment
- Document service activities, including repairs, parts used, and customer interactions
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in field service technology
- Experience in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed, regular travel and some overnight stays required
