A leading property company in Leeds is seeking a Temporary Maintenance Operative/Caretaker to assist with repairs and maintenance at student accommodation. The ideal candidate has proven maintenance experience in a domestic setting, skillful in plumbing and general repairs, and can work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities include undertaking repairs, conducting PPM checks, and maintaining a high standard of quality.
