We quickly fit tyres, proactively prevent issues to improve uptime and save money, and step in with urgent solutions when needed. De‑risking isn’t just about tyres; it’s about making fleet management safer and more efficient, ensuring that tyres are one less worry for operators. We keep customers operational and cost‑effective.
Key Responsibilities- Fit and maintain tyres for commercial vehicle fleets, including roadside breakdowns and on‑site service.
- Carry out fleet inspections and service work.
- Complete company documentation and electronic job sheets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health & safety standards.
- Manage stock effectively.
- Work collaboratively with depot colleagues to support customers.
- Participate in on‑call rota and flexible working patterns as required.
- Bonuses and call‑outs.
- REACT Card bonus of £800 (Card must be valid at time of joining) or industry‑recognised REACT Training where possible.
- 28 days (246.5 hours) holiday, including bank holidays, with additional holidays for long service.
