Tactical Response Officer Leeds – Argenbright Security Europe Limited - ASEL

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom
Hourly Rate: £12.60
Hours: 48 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Thursday – Sunday nights, 18:00 – 06:00 (plus overtime, Bank Holidays)

• Respond promptly to alarm activations, assess and secure the scene, and liaise with emergency services as needed.
• Conduct keyholding duties and manage unattended lock‑ups and unlocking of premises at scheduled times.
• Carry out regular mobile and foot patrols across assigned sites or geographic zones to deter unauthorised activity.
• Ensure public safety by maintaining a visible, professional presence in diverse environments.
• Perform routine security checks, including perimeter rounds, internal inspections, and hazard identification.
• Serve as first responder to emergencies such as fires or medical incidents, applying first aid as trained.
• Manage checkpoint tagging or time‑stamped patrol routes to demonstrate presence across multiple locations.
• Maintain incident reports and security logs, ensuring accuracy for audits and client records.
• Maintain proper radio and communication contact, reporting updates or threats in real‑time.
• Continuously check and report on vehicle condition and equipment status, including before‑and‑after shift safety checks.
• Demonstrate a high level of situational awareness, professionalism, and adherence to security protocol.

• Full UK Manual driving licence – vehicle provided.
• Valid SIA licence.
• Experience in guarded services, preferably in retail security.
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to handle conflict situations in a professional manner.
• One year of frontline security guarding experience.
• Good IT knowledge; confident in high‑pressure situations.

• Additional SIA accreditations.

At least 1 year of frontline security guarding experience and familiarity with security protocols and technology.
