Eligibility & Expectations

This is a full-time, office-based role at our Thorp Arch HQ. Candidates must be UK-based and within a commutable distance. Applicants outside the UK or beyond reasonable commuting distance will not be considered. Reliable transport and the ability to work on-site five days per week are essential.

You’lloperatein a target-driven environment with KPIs for activity, pipeline growth, and revenue. Strong personal accountability and ownership are expected. This structure allows close collaboration, structured coaching, and consistent performance development.

The Role – Strategy, Execution & Ownership

This is a proactive, outbound new business role with full accountability for new business acquisition.

You will:

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across key regions and sectors
  • Develop targeted sales strategies by region and vertical
  • Identify new sectors, markets, and untapped opportunities
  • Execute structured outreach campaigns via calls, Linked In, and email
  • Convert pipeline into measurable revenue growth
  • Strong execution, discipline, and follow-through are essential. Initiative and commercial thinking are encouraged to improve processes, outreach, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities International New Business Growth
  • Execute targeted strategies for assigned regions
  • Identify and prioritise high‑value organisations
  • Build and manage your sales pipeline from lead to conversion
  • Engage decision‑makers confidently and professionally
  • Handle objections effectively and persistently
  • Deliver consistent revenue growth
  • Alwaysmaintainexcellent CRM hygiene
  • Record all activity, notes, next steps, and lead sources accurately
  • Track pipeline stages correctly and produce reliable reports
  • Use data insights to refine strategy and improve performance
Systems & Technical Capability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable analysing performance metrics
  • Tech‑savvy and confident with Linked In and prospecting tools
Experience & Profile
  • Comfortable with high‑volume outbound activity
  • Resilient, persistent, highly organised, and detail‑oriented
  • Clear communicator able to explain technical products simply
  • Strong personal accountability and ownership mindset
  • Positive approach to learning, feedback, and development
  • Previous

    B2B outbound / new business sales experience (useful)

Recruitment Process

Interviews will take place during the first two weeks of March:

  • A short 30‑minute Microsoft Teams call
  • A face‑to‑face interview at our Thorp Arch HQ
