This is a dynamic, varied role blending sales, account management, and customer success. You’ll become a trusted partner to our clients, many of whom are lawyers and senior stakeholders.

Your day‑to‑day will include:

• Managing and nurturing a portfolio of existing customers
• Handling renewals and identifying upsell opportunities
• Developing warm leads and supporting new business activity
• Working closely with legal professionals and internal teams
• Ensuring clients get maximum value from our services
