We’re looking for ambitious, emotionally intelligent sales professionals with strong D2C experience who know how to build trust, uncover real motivations, and close confidently — without hard selling.
What You’ll Be Doing- Speaking with warm, qualified patients enquiring about premium treatments
- Guiding them through their smile journey with empathy and confidence
- Handling objections around price, fear, time and trust
- Ensuring every patient is booked with a clinician within 7 days
- Working closely with clinical teams to deliver a seamless 5-star experience
This is consultative selling at its best — high trust, high value, high reward.
What We’re Looking For- 3–5+ years of consultative, D2C sales experience
- Proven ability to close £3k–£10k+ deals
- Strong objection handling and emotional intelligence
- Comfortable working in regulated environments (FCA/GDC knowledge a bonus)
- Ambitious, driven, coachable and performance-focused

Working HoursMonday–Thursday: 10:30am–8:00pm
