An exciting opportunity has arisen with a well-established, family-run business supplying joinery products nationwide. We’re looking for an Internal Sales Account Manager to join their busy sales office and manage key customer accounts.
This is a fantastic chance for someone looking to progress their sales career, whether you’ve been in telesales and want to move into account management, or you’ve worked on the road but prefer an office-based role. You’ll be managing a portfolio of customers, developing relationships, introducing them to the full range of products, and ensuring they receive the best service possible.
Key Responsibilities- Manage two of the company’s larger national accounts.
- Handle inbound calls (approx. 80–100 per day) efficiently while multitasking.
- Develop sustainable customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring the business understands their needs.
- Proven account management experience, ideally dealing with national merchants.
- Strong B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organisation, attention to detail, IT and numerical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Saturday: 09:00–12:00 (1 in 8 rotation)
- Fully office-based
