This is a "hunter" role designed for a professional who thrives on lead generation and the thrill of the chase. Based in Leeds with hybrid flexibility, you will focus on building a massive, sustainable pipeline of law firms and claims management companies.
Key Responsibilities- Aggressive Lead Generation: Proactively identify and target key decision-makers (Partners, Directors, and Owners) within the legal and regulated sectors.
- Strategic Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound activity, including cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and Linked In prospecting.
- Pipeline Management: Own the top-of-funnel process, ensuring a constant stream of qualified opportunities for the business.
- Pitch & Present: Deliver compelling sales presentations that focus on revenue growth and operational ROI, making complex solutions feel accessible and essential.
- CRM Excellence: Maintain meticulous records within the CRM to track touchpoints, lead status, and conversion metrics.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for outreach volume, meeting bookings, and closed deals.
- Expert Prospector: You have a proven track record of finding and winning new business from scratch. You don't wait for leads; you create them.
- Resilient Communicator: You possess the "thick skin" required for high-level lead generation and the persistence to follow up until a deal is done.
- Sales Specialist: Significant experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or telemarketing—ideally selling into professional services or law firms.
- CRM Savvy: Proficient in using tools like Hub Spot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive to manage a high-volume workflow.
- Relationship Builder: The ability to build instant rapport over the phone and in person, moving a prospect from "not interested" to "tell me more."
