Since the affiliate's inception in 2014 Ritter Sport UK & Ireland has enjoyed a decade of considerable success in the British and Irish markets. The UK and Irish team have driven the brand to new heights, registering Ritter Sport as the fastest growing block chocolate brand in the market, delivering significantly more value and volume growth than the market, growing penetration to levels significantly above many legacy brands, culminating in achieving sales of c.20 iconic square bars of Ritter Sport every minute.
With the success on Ritter Sport widely reported, the team have also achieved notable growth with the latest brand within the business portfolio, Amicelli, with Amicelli now sitting high in the boxed brand rankings in just the 3rd year of trading, inclusive of nationwide Tesco distribution during Christmas 25.
The UK team is now inviting applications from exceptional marketing professionals to fill two specific vacancies, created directly to accelerate brand performance in a post HFSS landscape, as one key enabler of a major strategic organisational mid-term plan to accelerate the current growth trajectory and drive brand growth to new heights.

TheOpportunity
This role sits at the heart of how Ritter Sport UK aggressively grows mental availability in a post HFSS world.
You will drive market leading results via organic, earned, and owned
, implementing a defined strategy, constantly iterating and refining tactics co created with truly world class partners and collaborations to achieve exceptional results.
Role weighting:
- c.70% Organic, Earned & Owned: Delivering the defined strategy, tone of voice, constantly iterating and refining tactics including platform bias, content creation, influencer programmes, community management and agency liaison
- c.20% Sampling: Engaging consumers like never before, bringing brands, ranges and key products to life via a spectrum of both highly targeted and high footfall activations, integrated within wider strategic campaigns
- c.10% Stunts: Low-fi, high impact activity designed to fuel PR, content and talkability, driving energy into consumers, trade partners and teammates alike
- Exude expertise, possessing a robust multiyear record of exceptional results, delivered with ‘challenger’ level budgets on brands that have changed the landscape of their respective categories
- Radiate a boundless energy of ‘the possible’, with an obvious passion for building brands that surprise and delight millions of new consumers
- Are hands on, highly organised, have a bias to action and thrive driving outcomes with high levels of autonomy in partnership with agencies and when working independently
- Demonstrate strong and consistent alignment to the Ritter Sport UK & Ireland Charter for Excellence
We are open to receiving applications from all product category backgrounds, those with latent HFSS experience of obvious interest, with demonstrable results specific to this role over a minimum of 3 years a must.
