We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing UK studio's and sell our state-of-the-art technology and innovative treatments, providing our clients with exceptional hair loss solutions. You will be part of an international team which comprises of over 70 studios spanning across 3 continents. This is a full-time role requiring both account management and closing new business leads provided by our nationwide advertising campaigns.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing the relationships with clients, assessing their specific hair loss challenges, and developing a personalised treatment plan. Furthermore being required to use their relationship management and negotiation skills to upsell and renew existing clients via studio consultations / telephone and email communications. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth market and sector knowledge of clients and competitors that is shared within the company to enhance the client experience and our product development
  • Be the face of the brand embodying values of excellence, integrity and diversity
  • Outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads
  • Utilising exceptional communication and persuasive techniques to connect with clients and establish trust
  • The desire and determination to learn new sales techniques
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
  • Previous experience selling hair solutions is desirable but not essential
  • A track record of sales performance, excellent rapport building, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated team player that can exceed goals and revenue expectations, with the ability to work on their own initiative whilst building positive and rewarding working relationships with both colleagues and clients
  • An aptitude for working towards deadlines and succeeding in a target driven environment
