UK SALES MANAGER OPPORTUNITY AT GOLFMORE
Reporting to the Head of Sales and working closely with the CEO, Golf More is seeking a UK Sales Manager to play a key role in expanding the company’s presence in the thriving UK golf market. This is an exciting opportunity for a personable, relationship-driven professional with strong connections across private clubs and resorts. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in technology or SaaS sales and thrive in a dynamic, start-up environment.

Golf More is a leading European Golf Tech partner, trusted by many of the continent’s most respected private members’ clubs and golf resorts. Since 2012, Golf More has worked alongside clubs to modernise the way golfers access and enjoy facilities, replacing outdated, manual processes with elegant, intuitive payment and self-service solutions for driving ranges, digital receptions, vouchers, and simulators. With more than 500 installations across 18 European countries, Golf More combines proven technology with a deep understanding of club culture, service standards, and member expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE UK SALES MANAGER- Drive Golf More’s growth in the UK golf market by building lasting partnerships with private clubs, resorts, and premium golf venues.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead the full sales process from initial conversations through proposals, negotiations, and successful delivery.
- Present Golf More’s innovative solutions, including driving range payment systems, self-service kiosks, voucher management, and simulator management, with confidence and professionalism.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales and CEO to shape and execute the UK sales strategy, providing insight on market trends and customer feedback.
- Represent Golf More at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and strengthen relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure customer needs are understood and inform product development.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM records to support transparency and commercial planning.
- Thrive in a fast-moving, start-up environment, demonstrating initiative, resilience, and self-motivation to achieve personal and company goals.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in technology, SaaS, or Golf Tech solutions.
- Established network and strong relationships within the UK private club and resort sector.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale account management.
- Ability to operate successfully in a fast-moving, start-up or scale-up environment.
- Strong commercial awareness with a results-driven approach.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust.
- Relationship-led approach to sales, with the ability to nurture long‑term partnerships.
- Demonstrating initiative, resilience, and self‑motivation while enjoying the freedom to manage your own schedule and regional priorities.
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and decision‑makers with confidence and professionalism.
