Location: York | £26,000 base salary + uncapped commission | No experience required

Our client, a respected organisation within the fuel card and fleet management sector, is looking to hire a Junior Sales Associate for their York office. This is an ideal role for someone who is confident, enthusiastic, and ready to start a career in sales without needing prior industry experience.

Fuel Cards are widely used by businesses to help manage fuel costs, monitor driver spending, and streamline administrative tasks. Joining this industry means stepping into a market that offers:

As a Junior Sales Associate, you will focus on developing and managing relationships with business customers. Your role will involve understanding their operations, guiding them through suitable fuel card options, and ensuring they receive ongoing support.

• Speaking with business clients to understand their fuel and fleet needs
• Maintaining and nurturing new accounts from the outset
• Offering tailored product recommendations based on usage and budget
• Building rapport and becoming a trusted point of contact
• Collaborating with senior sales and enterprise teams as you progress
