Luxon Pay is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive merchant acquisition and revenue growth within the forex and trading sector . The role focuses on selling Luxon Pay’s payment solutions to forex brokers, CFD platforms, and FX merchants , building long-term partnerships and expanding Luxon Pay’s presence in the global FX ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify, target, and onboard forex brokers, CFD platforms, and FX merchants Sell Luxon Pay’s payment solutions, including:
Digital wallet solutions Card acquiring Local and alternative payment methods Withdrawals Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution Develop tailored payment propositions based on merchant needs, regions, and regulatory requirements Achieve and exceed revenue and onboarding targets Relationship & Account Management Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders (CEOs, Heads of Payments, Operations, and Compliance) Act as the main commercial point of contact for assigned merchants Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts Work closely with internal teams including onboarding, compliance, risk, and operations to ensure smooth merchant integration Market & Industry Engagement Maintain a strong understanding of the forex, CFD, and online trading industry Stay informed on payment trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments Represent Luxon Pay at industry events, conferences, and forex expos Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of new forex and trading merchants onboarded Revenue generated per merchant Sales pipeline growth and conversion rates Merchant retention and account expansion Accuracy of sales forecasting and reporting Required Experience & Skills Experience 3–7 years of B2B sales or business development experience in:
Payments, fintech, PSPs, or acquiring (essential) Forex, CFD, crypto, or high-risk verticals (strong advantage) Proven track record of closing complex, high-value merchant deals Experience selling to international merchants across multiple jurisdictions Skills Strong consultative and solution-based selling approach Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to explain complex payment solutions clearly and commercially Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and CRM systems Highly motivated, independent, and results-oriented Desirable / Nice to Have Existing network of forex brokers or trading platforms Knowledge of AML, KYC, and high-risk merchant onboarding processes
