Appointment Setter
Telesales Appointment Setter, High-Earning Sales Role, Stairlift Industry
Leeds, West Yorkshire

Basic Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 + uncapped commission + optional overtime
OTE: £60,000+ p.a.

Marmon Lift Recruitment is recruiting 2 x Appointment Setters for a rapidly expanding stairlift engineering company in Leeds.
This role is designed for people who are hungry for commission, driven by targets, and motivated by money. If you thrive in a competitive, KPI-driven environment and want to be rewarded properly for performance, this role delivers.

You’ll be speaking to warm inbound and outbound leads, qualifying customers, overcoming objections, and booking high-value sales appointments that directly drive revenue — and your own earnings.
Commutable from:
Leeds, Wakefield, Bradford, Morley, Dewsbury, Shipley, Keighley

Ideal Appointment Setter Candidate:

* Confident, persuasive, and commercially aware on the phone

* Proven telesales, appointment setting, or contact centre experience (essential)

* Highly motivated by commission, OTE, and financial success

* Comfortable working with daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

* Resilient, competitive, and driven to outperform peers

* Strong questioning, objection-handling, and rapport-building skills

* Organised, reliable, and hungry to progress

* Stairlift, mobility, or home improvement sales experience (desirable, not essential)

Key Responsibilities of an Appointment Setter:

* Call warm inbound and outbound leads to generate revenue-driving appointments

* Qualify customer needs and identify genuine sales opportunities

* Influence and persuade customers to commit to surveys and sales visits

* Consistently hit and exceed appointment and conversion targets

* Maximise earnings through effective questioning and upselling warranties

* Work closely with sales closers to improve conversion rates

* Log all sales activity accurately on the CRM system
