Sales Progressor​/Negotiator

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Progressor / Sales Negotiator to join a busy and friendly property team in LS17. This varied role combines sales progression with front‑end sales support and is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a sale from initial enquiry through to completion.

• Managing agreed sales from offer stage through to completion
• Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage brokers
• Chasing progress, resolving issues and keeping chains moving
• Providing regular updates to all parties
• Handling buyer enquiries and registering applicants
• Booking and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process

• Previous experience in estate agency essential
• Experience in sales progression and/or sales negotiation preferred
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple sales at once
• Proactive, professional and customer‑focused

• Flexible part‑time or full‑time hours
