A typical day in the life of a Membership Advisor
  • Promote and sell memberships through tours, presentations and follow ups with prospective members
  • Conduct engaging and informative tours of the club, highlighting key features and benefits
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Provide a welcoming and informative experience for all potential and new members
  • Handle inquiries, appointments and follow up calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage the membership sign up process, including completing contracts, entering data into the membership system and processing payments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records and ensure confidentiality of member information
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports and tracking sales metrics
  • Collaborate with the fitness and customer service teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new members
  • Participate in member retention activities, such as welcome calls, and satisfaction surveys, to enhance member engagement and loyalty
  • Promote club programs, services and events to current and prospective members
  • Attend weekly video hangouts to discuss KPI performance in absence of a Sales Manager

Desirable
  • Experience in a sales, customer service or fitness environment with strong sales and negotiation skills and a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Degree or qualification in sales, marketing or a related field
