- Visit end customers and companies, establish, maintain, and update customer files in the database system.
- Build and maintain reliable relationships with clients through public relationship development.
- Spot business opportunities and follow up with orders.
- Collect project information and promote sales, analyze competitor information.
- Develop sales plans and implementation plans, and achieve sales targets.
- Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects to ensure regional business objectives are met.
- Support financing and collection work.
- Familiar with the local market; construction machinery knowledge is a priority (heavy machinery such as excavator, mobile crane, concrete, tower crane, forklift, foundation, aerial work machinery, mining, etc.).
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, engineering (mechanical, electrical), international business, English, or a related field.
- Preferable experience coordinating with leasing.
- Sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
- Driving license required.
