We’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. This is an entry-point role into professional sales, designed for individuals who are hungry to earn, eager to learn, and motivated by performance.
You do not need prior sales experience to succeed in this role. What matters most is attitude, work ethic, resilience, and a genuine desire to build a career in sales. This role provides structured training, daily coaching, and a clear progression path into an Account Executive (AE) position.

ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage new prospective customers via outbound calls, emails, and Linked In
- Qualify prospects and identify decision-makers
- Book high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Accurately capture customer information and update CRM records
- Follow defined sales processes and activity standards
- Work closely with Account Executives to support pipeline growth

- Any customer-facing, retail, hospitality, or service experience
- Exposure to sales, call centres, or target-driven environments
- Interest in business, negotiation, or commercial roles
