Are you a driven technical salesperson with a proven background in specification sales? Do you want to work for a company that takes specifications seriously and does it differently? Do you work for a merchant and want to take your technical skills into a full spec role? We would also look at Area Sales Managers that have sold into merchants and contractors.

The specification team focuses on educating Architects through CPDS, project tracking and fully using the CRM and all the customer data that is available to you. The specification teams work closely with the distribution teams as all projects

For my client this means that they are keeping hold of the specification at all points through the process when the specification can be broken.

This Specification Sales Manager role is due to growth.

To Apply for the role of Specification Sales Manager you MUST say yes to the following:

• Educate Architects through CPDS, project tracking and CRM usage
• Collaborate with distribution teams to manage projects and maintain the specification at all points through the process
• Support and manage specifications from initial interest to project completion

• Specification sales experience of a building material – not essential
• Contacts with Architects, specifiers and main contractors – not essential
• Leave within commutable distance of North Yorkshire
• Technically minded
• Solution - project sales experience
• Driven and motivated
