Salary: £35,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £70,000-£100,000+)
Salary Extra's: £5,000 per year London Weighting allowance (paid monthly)

Insurance Sales Adviser
As an Insurance Sales Adviser, you will provide expert, consultative advice to clients on Private Medical Insurance. You will use our advanced quotation system to understand their needs, explain product benefits, and guide them to the best solution‑always with their best interests in mind.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct fact‑finding calls to understand client needs and budgets
- Recommend suitable insurance products from top UK providers
- Overcome objections and highlight key benefits to close sales
- Deliver exceptional service while meeting sales targets
- Proven phone‑based sales experience, ideally in insurance or financial services
- Experience selling regulated products in a high‑volume environment
- Strong communication, listening, and objection‑handling skills
- Target‑driven mindset with a passion for success
- Ability to learn quickly and apply product knowledge effectively
