This role provides operational support to Business Development and Account Management teams, enabling efficient sales delivery and high customer service standards.

The business operates a small, close-knit sales team with a clear promote-from-within, meritocratic culture, offering genuine progression into sales roles typically within 1218 months for high performers. The organisation is also actively leading internal and customer-facing adoption of AI, embedding it across operations and commercial activity.

• Act as first-line contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
