A well-established and growing business in the wide format print sector is seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join its team in the Leeds area. This role is ideal for somebody who thrives on building long lasting relationships with clients to provide them with a smooth and reliable service.
Role OverviewThe Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients and ensuring their product requirements are handled quickly, accurately and professionally. The role involves quoting, order processing, on going communication and identifying opportunities to increase spend across the accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Client Interaction and Quoting With Follow Up
- Customer Service Excellence
- Key Account Management
- Order Processing and Approvals
- Customer Retention and Growth
- Problem Resolution
- At least 2 years industry experience in wide format printing or print management
- A positive and proactive attitude when responding to client requests
- Strong negotiation skills to increase conversion
- Experience using quotation systems, MIS platforms and CRM software
- Excellent numeracy, communication and organisational skills
