• Work with large contract clients from Social Housing to the MOD
• Handle customer enquiries/orders via email and phone, and process orders
• Contact suppliers to source and obtain quotes for parts, materials, and special‑order items for customers
• Work within the warehouse picking/packing goods
• Assist the team in all areas of the branch to ensure customer requirements are met

This is a permanent, full‑time position working 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm. No weekend work is required.

• Industry or merchant experience is advantageous
• Proven experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer interactions
• PC literacy is key
• Dependable team player, prepared to support across all areas of the branch with a strong work ethic
• Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
