We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the UK commercial and industrial markets. This is a high‑impact role for a self‑motivated professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to engage confidently at all levels.

Salary: £DOE + attractive commission

What you’ll be doing
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities through research, cold outreach, networking, trade events, and social media
  • Presenting and demonstrating solutions to prospective clients
  • Building strong, long‑term relationships to drive repeat and referral business
  • Managing your pipeline to consistently achieve sales targets
  • Feeding back market intelligence, customer insights, and competitor activity
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and developments
What we’re looking for
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • A proactive, resilient, and target‑driven approach
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for relationship building
  • Confidence handling objections and rejection
  • Willingness to learn technical products and solutions
  • Competent with MS Office and CRM systems
  • Full UK driving licence
Desirable
  • Proven experience selling heating and/or renewable energy solutions into commercial or industrial sectors
  • Understanding of thermal transfer principles
  • Existing industry contacts or networks
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics
