Sales Account Manager – Off Price

Ben Sherman is looking for a Sales Account Manager to drive sales for its off‑price business across the UK and internationally.

Location:

Leeds, United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all customer accounts effectively, maintaining sales for existing accounts and seeking new opportunities to achieve/exceed targeted budgeted sales/margins.
  • Identify incremental and seasonal business opportunities within the UK and overseas.
  • Forecast and generate yearly budgets with weekly/monthly/quarterly updates, ensuring sales targets and margins are met.
  • Monitor customer sales performance and patterns to service their requirements effectively.
  • Work closely with the Product and Merchandise team to ensure orders are collated, placed, and delivered as per customer requirements.
  • Support accounts with marketing material/seasonal photography.
  • Collaborate with Product, Merchandising and QA teams to ensure garment quality and delivery meet customer needs.
  • Negotiate with customers on prices, payment terms, and deliveries to achieve sales and margin goals.
  • Maintain partnerships with the Product team and supplier base, constantly appraising and updating the supply chain for changing business and customer requirements.
  • Ensure all departments within the BSI team are aware of customer and supplier procedures covering IT, Importing & Exporting Logistics, Finance, QA, and Warehousing, to be reviewed and updated seasonally.
  • Prepare showroom with support of Product and Design teams for all key customer meetings.
  • Conduct regular customer store visits to review product offering and brand visibility.

  • On‑time delivery of goods to customers.

  • Strategic approach to new product opportunities and markets to generate new sales.
