Frazer is a leading provider of specialist civils, infrastructure, and utilities products and solutions. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead growth across the Power and Telecoms sector in the South of the UK.

• Drive growth in the Power & Telecoms sector across the South of England.
• Build lasting relationships with contractors, consultants, DNOs, and Tier 1 clients.
• Spot and secure new project opportunities with our civils solutions.
• Work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and training.
• Represent the business at client meetings, events, and trade shows.

• Proven sales or business development experience in civils, utilities, or power infrastructure ideally.
• Strong technical knowledge of Power & Telecoms products and applications.
• Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and stakeholder skills.
• Self‑driven, results‑focused, and comfortable working independently.
• Flexible to travel across the South of England.
