We are looking for confident, sales‑driven luxury sales advisors to join our team. This role suits someone who enjoys building relationships, closing sales and working with luxury jewellery in a high‑profile, luxury retail environment. This is not a passive retail role. You will be expected to engage, consult and convert.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working in a high‑performance sales culture to achieve individual and shop targets
  • Providing 5‑star hospitality and extraordinary customer experience
  • Actively engaging customers and converting enquiries into sales
  • Confidently consulting on diamonds, fine jewellery and luxury watches
  • Following up with clients via phone, email and messaging
  • Delivering exceptional aftercare and repeat business
  • Maintaining immaculate superior standards and personal presentation
  • Merchandising our jewellery in accordance with our guidelines
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for ROX – Diamonds & Thrills
Skills & Experience

This role will suit someone who is commercial, confident and ambitious with a friendly and outgoing personality. Ideally, you will have:

  • At least two years’ experience in a highly customer‑focused retail or hospitality environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A natural ability to build trust and rapport
  • A genuine interest in jewellery, watches and luxury goods
  • Confident discussing and selling high‑value jewellery
  • Ability to thrive in a target‑driven environment
  • Proven sales experience is an advantage but not essential
