Retail Store Manager

Our client is continuing to grow across the North and has an exciting opportunity for a Retail Store Manager to lead their new Leeds store. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll be the face of the store, driving a welcoming, customer‑first environment and creating a vibrant, inclusive place to shop and work. Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting and exceeding sales and profit targets.
• Lead, inspire, and support your store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Create a positive, fun and motivating workplace culture.
• Maintain strong store standards including product presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness.
• Manage staffing levels, rota planning, and ongoing training.
• Analyse store performance and drive KPIs including sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Be commercially aware and identify local events, trends, and opportunities to drive store traffic and sales.
• Oversee stock management including deliveries, replenishment, and product rotation.
• Be hands‑on – leading from the shop floor, particularly during busy periods and weekends.
• Build strong relationships with customers and act as a brand ambassador in the local community.
