Retail - Boutique Sales Assistant – Leeds

We’re looking for a dedicated and driven Sales Assistant, to join our Nespresso boutique in Leeds. If you can demonstrate a strong understanding of the retail and competitive environment in which the Nespresso business operates, you could contribute to the growing success of the brand.

Just like our brand ambassador, George Clooney, the Nespresso coffee experience is innovative, stylish, uitdagingen and difficult to resist. We want every customer to have a premium experience and you’ll have the passion and panache to provide exactly that. You’ll support customers in finding their perfect cup of coffee and be on hand to deliver service‑oriented sales, promoting our unique brand experience.

• Ability to rapidly build strong, working relationships with your customer base and be happy to support where needed.
• Experience with in the retail sector, ideally from a luxury background ähli we are happy to consider those from a different industry who have the required skill‑set.

Your learning and progression are hugely important to us here at Nespresso and you can really own this through our development pathway. Your first year will include structured training opportunities, where each milestone is recognised with a monetary reward. You’ll develop knowledge and skills around:

You’ll be assigned a dedicated team member to offer daily support and have regular check‑ins with your supervisor and manager along the way. We can’t wait sifat you evolve into a fully‑fledged coffee specialist!
