Role Summary

Join the vibrant world of Le Creuset as a National Merchandiser Executive, where cookware meets creativity, and every store becomes a showcase of style and inspiration. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind eye‑catching displays and exceptional in‑store experiences, ensuring our brand shines nationwide. You’ll plan and execute visual merchandising strategies, train and support in‑store consultants, and build strong relationships with retail partners.

From demonstrating the unique features of our products to refreshing showroom displays and supporting trade events, you’ll bring energy, organisation, and a passion for design to every visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • What’s on your Daily Menu:
    These are the everyday ingredients you’ll be working with:
  • Garnish each product category with the right Point of Sale materials to make them irresistible.
  • Season displays with accurate price tickets, and fix any missing ingredients promptly.
  • Keep our shelves fresh, clean, and fully stocked, so customers always find what they crave.
  • Arrange the Le Creuset footprint in-store like a perfectly plated dish.
  • Alert the Account Manager to any changes in store layout or opportunities to add extra flavor to our brand presence.
  • Build strong relationships with Store Management, Home Department, Wedding Department, and Special Orders teams, because collaboration is the secret sauce.
  • Report any stock shortages during your visits and serve up detailed reports for the Account Managers.
What’s On Your Seasonal Menu
  • Seasoning consultants with knowledge and motivation, working closely to help them achieve their goals.
  • Serving up irresistible product presentations using our proven sales technique, advising customers on the best cookware for their kitchen, care tips, and unique selling points.
  • Adding flavor with live demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of our products when required.
  • Mixing in event support, assisting Account Managers at hospitality and trade shows to create memorable experiences.
  • Refreshing showroom displays twice a year with exciting new product launches.
  • Helping with the “shop-in-shop” refit project across the UK & Ireland, because presentation is everything!
  • Planning the perfect route, creating journey plans and booking appointments with store teams.
  • Training store staff on the features, benefits, and key selling points of Le Creuset products.
  • Building strong internal relationships and assisting with major training days and events.
  • Attending monthly business meetings and conferences to keep your skills sharp and ideas fresh.
What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with a passion for visual merchandising and the ability to create stunning displays that make Le Creuset shine nationwide. You’ll train and motivate in‑store consultants, confidently demonstrate products, and share expert care tips and unique selling points. Strong relationship‑building skills, excellent planning and organisation, and the resilience to thrive under pressure are essential, along with energy and enthusiasm to keep everything cooking smoothly.
