As a Junior Buyer, you'll support the buying team in sourcing and developing a commercial product range that aligns with the brand's identity and meets customer needs. You'll gain valuable experience in trend analysis, supplier management, and product performance optimisation.

• Product Range Development:
  Assist in building a well-rounded range that reflects current trends, market demand, and brand standards.
• Supplier Management:
  Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and alignment with company goals.
• Sales and Market Analysis:
  Monitor product performance and gather insights to improve the product range.
• Competitor & Customer Analysis:
  Conduct competitor research and gather customer feedback to influence product decisions.
• Cross-Functional Support:
  Collaborate with merchandising, design, and marketing teams to ensure products align with business objectives.
• Administrative Support:
  Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and sample management.
• Product Samples:
  Organise and manage product samples for meetings, reviews, and presentations.

• Education & Experience:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field, with some experience in a retail buying environment preferred.
• Product Knowledge:
  Strong interest in fashion trends and commercial products suited for the brand's target market.
• Analytical
  
  Skills:
  
  Ability to analyse sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Communication & Negotiation:
  Confident communicator with strong supplier liaison skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Organisational

  Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive:
  Self-motivated with a passion for learning and improving business results.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with retail buying systems is a plus.
