Real Estate Litigation Associate, Leeds. This Tier 1 Property Litigation team in Leeds is genuinely one of the most stable in the market, and therefore rarely recruits. They’re now looking to add an experienced Associate (possibly Managing Associate) to get involved in high-value, high-profile and complex real estate litigation, and other work spanning the full range of property disputes for landlords, investors, developers, banks and insolvency practitioners.

• The quality of the work is exceptional and the team is often involved in precedent-setting and / or major cross-border litigation.
• You will be working on a truly broad and diverse caseload.
• Be part of a close-knit team of 10, with the national Head of Real Estate Litigation at the helm.
• Take up an opportunity which leads naturally to progression, thanks to the current structure of the team.
• What you won't be doing - getting stuck just dealing with portfolio management, getting pigeon-holed in telecoms work, getting all the scrutiny but none of the support

You'll be working closely with Partners in a high-performing, collegiate team known for technical excellence and early responsibility. You will be stretched, but also supported. This is very much a long-term career move, and definitely not a churn-and-burn kind of role.
