Up to £70 per hour (circa £11,200 per month gross based on a 37-hour week)

A client based in the West Yorkshire area is seeking an experienced Registered Building Inspector (Class
2) to support their Building Control team on a 6-month rolling contract, with a strong likelihood of running long term.

You will work across a varied portfolio of domestic and commercial projects (dependent on your RBI grading), with flexibility to align the workload to your experience and technical strengths.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate alongside flexibility around IR35 status, making it an excellent opportunity for an RBI seeking stability and long-term contract potential within a supportive environment.
