Food Quality Assurance Operative

Overview

We are recruiting for Quality Control operative for part-time position.

Leeds, LS10 1DF

Note:

Temporary to permanent after 12 weeks. Part-time hours with potential to increase to full-time.

• Competitive pay rate: £13.52 basic, £20.28 overtime per hour on training
• £13.92 basic, £20.88 overtime per hour after training
• Overtime rates

• Quality Control operatives will be expected to do the following tasks (list is not exhaustive):
  Quality control of products
• Checking product specification
• Following hygiene guidelines
• Following site rules and procedures
• Filling in paperwork if required
• Reporting issues to team leader
• Manual handling will be required

• Day Shift
• Monday to Friday with flexibility on Saturday required
• 5am - 9am part-time (opportunity to increase to full-time hours)
• Work in a chilled environment

• Quality Control operatives ideally need to fulfil the following requirements:
• Be able to work 8 hour shifts
• Previous Quality Control experience is required
• Being able to commute to Leeds, LS10 1DF
  (public transport available)
• Basic communication in English (written and spoken)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
