We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our domiciliary care team. In this rewarding role, you will deliver high‑quality nursing care to patients in their own homes, supporting those with diseases, disorders, or injuries to live independently and with dignity. You’ll be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, making a real difference in people’s lives every day.

• Provide clinical assessments, care planning, and treatment in line with NMC standards.
• Administer medications, wound care, and chronic disease management.
• Support patients post‑discharge from hospital, ensuring continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families on managing conditions and promoting independence.
• Maintain accurate records and liaise with GPs, hospitals, and allied health professionals.
• Uphold safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety policies.

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
• Experience in community or domiciliary care (preferred but not essential).
• Strong clinical decision‑making and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient‑centred approach with the ability to work independently.
• Full UK driving licence.
