Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: West and East Yorkshire - Community Based, providing care in service users' homes

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our domiciliary care team. In this rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes, supporting those with diseases, disorders, or injuries to live independently and with dignity.

You’ll be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, making a real difference in people’s lives every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical assessments, care planning, and treatment in line with NMC standards.
  • Administer medications, wound care, and chronic disease management.
  • Support patients post-discharge from hospital, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Educate patients and families on managing conditions and promoting independence.
  • Maintain accurate records and liaise with GPs, hospitals, and allied health professionals.
  • Uphold safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety policies.
What We’re Looking For
  • Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
  • Experience in community or domiciliary care (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
  • Compassionate, patient-centred approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Full UK driving licence.
