We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has experience supporting people facing barriers to employment, can build strong, supportive relationships with clients and their families, is organized, empathetic, and outcome-focused, is committed to equality, inclusion, and community wellbeing.
The post holder will be employed by Health for All and will be working in partnership with Barca to deliver the Bright Horizons Project, funded by The Reaching Communities Fund.
Qualifications- Has experience supporting people facing barriers to employment.
- Can build strong, supportive relationships with clients and their families.
- Is organized, empathetic, and outcome-focused.
- Is committed to equality, inclusion, and community wellbeing.
