You’ll support the Account Manager and Account Director in delivering smart, data‑driven media campaigns across the entire offline spectrum. We’re after someone analytical, curious and ready to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

• Support planning & buying across offline channels TV, print, radio, outdoor and more!
• Optimise media campaigns using data and insights
• Complete planning/admin tasks (DDS, Ad Dynamix, Echo, RAPS)
• Analyse client + media owner performance
• Build strong relationships with media owners
• Negotiate with TV sales houses to maximise campaign delivery
• Identifying and flagging invoices queries
• Monitor TV programming & complete monthly reconciliations
• Provide clear, data‑led updates to clients
• Manage schedules, spot matching & spreadsheet tasks
• Handle vouchering, COIs & delivery instructions
• Spot matching and schedules
• Checking insertions against media schedules and update

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong time management and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Confident verbal and written communication + presenting to stakeholders
• A passion for commercial media
• Adaptability and a positive mindset
• Strong numeracy, analytical thinking and Excel skills - enjoys working with data!
• A team player who can also work independently
