Marketing

Assistant

The Role: We are looking for a driven, organised and creative Marketing Assistant who wants to be part of the team bringing our live events to life. Working closely with our Head of Marketing, you will help create and deliver engaging, performance focused campaigns that build audiences and drive ticket sales.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a fast paced live events business, supporting the promotion of a wide variety of events across our roster of unique spaces, cathedrals and theatres throughout the UK and overseas. Our productions reach thousands of audience members every week across unique venues throughout the UK and internationally.

As Marketing Assistant, you will support the planning, coordination and day to day execution of marketing campaigns across a range of digital and grassroots channels. With a large and varied programme of events, this role requires strong organisational skills and careful attention to detail to ensure campaigns are accurate, consistent and delivered on time across multiple venues and dates.

You will help ensure each event is promoted with clarity and creativity, while maintaining precision across event listings, content, messaging and ticketing information. Accuracy and consistency are essential in a high volume events environment where small details have a direct impact on audience experience and sales performance.

We are a collaborative team and actively encourage creative thinking. You will be welcomed into campaign discussions and are encouraged to bring ideas, instincts and suggestions for how we promote our shows. Ideas are encouraged and actioned, regardless of where they come from within the team.

From launching new shows to supporting ongoing campaigns, you will assist with audience communication, content coordination, campaign rollout and brand presentation. The role also involves supporting content creation, attending live events and helping capture the atmosphere and experience of our productions for use across marketing channels. At our large scale productions you will also be involved in coordinating press events.

You may find yourself helping launch a new show one week, capturing content from a candlelit cathedral performance the next, and working with the team to refine the campaigns that bring thousands of audience members through the doors.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure marketing activity aligns with production schedules, venue requirements and ticketing strategies.

This role offers hands on experience in live event marketing and is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes pride in getting the details right and enjoys contributing to campaigns that deliver measurable audience growth and memorable live experiences. There is scope for increased responsibility as the team and company continue to expand.
