Join the CRM team in Leeds on a 6 month FTC, hybrid 3 days a week in office.

• Oversee and optimise Bloomreach’s CRM systems to drive customer engagement.
• Develop and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) using Bloomreach Engagement.
• Analyse customer data and behaviour to personalise experiences and improve retention.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
• Track and report on CRM performance metrics, using Bloomreach’s analytics tools.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure best practices in CRM execution.
• Lead A/B testing and optimisation to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure seamless integration of Bloomreach’s CRM platform with other marketing tools.

• 4-5 years of experience in CRM management, with hands-on experience in Bloomreach Engagement.
• Strong knowledge of CRM automation, segmentation, and data analytics.
