The role

As an Account Manager, you are the bridge between ambitious client goals and world-class creative execution. You’ll own the day-to-day delivery of work streams, ensuring every project is on brief, on budget, and ahead of schedule. You aren't just a coordinator; you are a proactive partner who builds trust and drives momentum.

What you'll be doing
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, becoming an indispensable partner to their business.
  • Brief creative and strategy teams with precision to ensure our output is as sharp as the brands we represent.
  • Manage timelines and budgets across multiple work streams with total accuracy.
  • Bring fresh market insights and sports-retail trends to the table to help shape future campaigns.
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced creative agency or marketing environment.
  • A genuine passion for sports and retail.
  • Client management, budget tracking, and timeline control.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to support and motivate others to achieve their goals.
  • Comfortable working with international teams and willing to travel frequently to the EU.
  • A collaborative problem-solver who anticipates hurdles before they appear.
  • Confidence using Google tools and project management platforms.
