Brand Manager

I’m currently recruiting for a Brand Manager to join a growing consumer brand on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. This is a highly commercial role focused on delivering brand strategy, driving awareness and executing impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

• Executing brand and marketing strategy across all channels
• Delivering integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness and trial
• Leading brand-led events, activations and retail marketing initiatives
• Managing marketing activity across wholesale and major UK retail partners
• Acting as brand guardian across PR, digital, retail and physical touchpoints
• Working closely with internal teams and external creative agencies
• Managing brand budgets and analysing campaign performance
• Supporting strong omni-channel delivery across all customer touchpoints

• Proven experience in a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager role
• Strong omni-channel marketing experience (retail/wholesale exposure advantageous)
• Experience working with UK retail partners and multiple stakeholders
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience
• Passion for brand development within a consumer-focused environment
